The International Chambers of Commerce ICC within the historic Silk Road met in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China on 23 May to discuss and agree on a mechanism for the establishment of a Silk Road Entrepreneur Council to deepen economic ties and create investment opportunities for companies within the region.
