Dinesh Saparamadu, Founder and Chairman of the hSenid Group was awarded the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year at the 19th annual awards ceremony organised by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) on 29 January. This was the culmination of the Group’s wins, which included the coveted Gold for Extra Large category (Services). Dinesh collected his Platinum award (Entrepreneur of the Year) to a thunderous round of applause and a standing ovation from a room packed with top business and industry leaders.
Speaking at the event, Saparamadu said, “This has been an 18-year journey for me. I am honoured by this recognition and take pride in the acknowledgement of our continued focus in creating products and services that help businesses work better. I dedicate this success to the hSenid family and thank my customers for their belief in me. Our team efforts to innovate, excite and grow have paid off and I am more than happy to continue to uphold our mission of being dynamic and benchmarking ourselves against the best in the world.”
