Diva announces first lucky winner of plot of land for ‘Idame Vasanawa’

Diva’s ‘Idame Vasanawa’, the annually highly successful consumer promotion, that gifts valuable land plots on the outskirts of Colombo, recently announced the first lucky winner of this year’s competition as Nisantha Weerasinghe, a resident from Paranagama, Udubaddawa.
The ‘Idame Vasanawa’ competition which commenced in May under the supervision of the Revenue Department is being held for the fourth consecutive time. The first month’s winner was chosen by the Diva team, through a raffle draw held recently at the Hemas Manufacturing office located at Braybrook Place.
The ‘Idame Vasanawa’ competition commenced on 1 May and while the first plot has been awarded, loyal consumers can await the selection of the remaining two winners in the following months. Moreover, another winner will be selected through a competition conducted exclusively for Diva customers who patronise the Cargills Food City chain outlets.
In addition to these grand draw winners Diva will also select daily lucky winners who will receive Rs. 10,000 cash prizes daily and gold coins weekly.
To enter the draw, consumers are required to send in three empty sachets of Diva triple action detergent powder (35g, 70g, 250g) or one wrapper of any Diva detergent bulk range (400g, 1kg, 2kg) along with their contact details to P.O. Box 1289, Colombo.
A novel feature of this year’s Diva ‘Idame Vasanawa’ promotion is where competition entries will be afforded the chance of doubling their winning opportunities through Diva sales promotion teams who will be visiting selected customers and offering coupon entries.
