Diyagama West breaks own record

The Diyagama West Estate, managed by Agrapatana Plantations Ltd., has established an all time record price of Rs. 700 per kilogram for a line of liquoring OP grade at the weekly tea auctions held on 27 February 2013. This price surpassed its own record of Rs. 620 established last week.

This line of tea has been purchased by M/s St. Clairs Tea. This sale was conducted by the tea brokers M/s John Keells PLC.
