Dr.Amunugama to attend 3-day international forum in China

Higher Education and Research Minister Dr.Sarath Amunugama will attenda three-day international conference in Kunming, China from 11-14 May.

The Science and Technology Ministry of China has invited the Sri Lankan Minister in charge of the subject specified for the first forum on China-South Asia Technology Transfer and Collaborative Innovation to be held at Empark Grand Hotel, Kunming, China. Minister will leave on 10June.

The main objective of the CSATTC forum is to bring together technology transfer agencies and professionals, and build a technology transfer network covering both China and South Asian countries, to tap the full potential for collaboration, hold meetings, organise technology training courses and demonstrate advanced technologies, in a bid to enhance cooperation among enterprises and the transfer of applicable technologies between China and South Asian countries, thus further regional integration of innovation.
