CT Properties Limited, the property development arm of CT Holdings Plc, announced this week a ‘Family Open House’ from 4 - 6 February 2011 to introduce its township development project, CT Gardens, Piliyandala. The company, in a press release, said the Family Open House concept would provide an opportunity for potential home makers to visit and experience first-hand, an ideal setting for their dream homes.

Commenting on the ‘Family Open House’ concept, Deputy Chairman Raj Selvaskanda said, “Looking for that ideal spot for your dream home is an eventful moment for the entire family. We at CT Properties want to make this moment a very special one. So we have created an entire day of enjoyment at CT Gardens with clowns, bouncers, face painting and lots of other activities to ensure that this is truly a family moment.”

The first 100 purchasers of land would also qualify for an ‘Early Bird’ offer where the winner would have the opportunity to own an exclusive 8 perch block free of charge.

CT Gardens, located 800 metres from the fast growing Piliyandala town and within a 30 minute drive from Colombo, offers 130 plots of prime land at competitive rates, within a secure and convenient environment, said the company.

“CT Gardens will be developed to provide a secure home environment in an urban, but pleasant green surrounding, supported by all the conveniences required for a modern, comfortable life style,” said Deputy Chairman Raj Selvaskanda.

“When someone buys land at CT Gardens to build their house, they are not just buying an empty, disconnected plot of land. They are investing in a growth opportunity that will generate higher returns in the future with the increase in property values,” said he.

Other support services provided at CT Gardens, such as a solid waste disposal scheme in collaboration with the Municipal Council of Kesbewa and an environmentally sustainable waste water treatment facility, would contribute towards making CT Gardens not just a beautiful neighbourhood but a healthy one as well, said the company. Residents of CT Gardens will also have access to other essential facilities such as water and electricity, and conveniences such as shops, a swimming pool, a gymnasium and a children’s play area.

To enable unambiguous ownership rights, lands purchased at CT Gardens are guaranteed clear title deeds. This would make it easier to access credit for home building from any local bank offering housing loans, noted the company.

In addition, as part of the CTH Group, one of Sri Lanka’s largest listed companies with diversified holdings, CT Properties is capable of providing many support services to its clientele to make a dream home a reality, said the company.
