Loyal trade partners of Elephant House soft drinks and Kik Cola won big recently as 50 of them were flown to Singapore on a fully-paid tour of the country’s landmarks. Further, another 100 will be leaving on a similar tour of Bangkok in the near future.

The ‘Sisilase Sawari’ trade promotion is part of Elephant House’s ongoing ‘Under the Moodiya’ promotion, which has generated country-wide consumer participation and excitement. Winners of the Singapore and Bangkok tours were picked out of a pool of Elephant House’s island-wide trade network through a draw, which coincided with the first consumer draw on 23 January 2013.

Still underway, the Elephant House ‘Under the Moodiya’ consumer promotion is currently accepting entries, with submissions closing on 31 March 2013. Consumers of Elephant House soft drinks and KIK Cola have already won a number of exciting prizes, including a Maruti 800 car, a Yamaha FZ-S motorbike and Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Through the final draw, to be held after 31 March, there will likely be many more lucky winners, who will walk away with a number of sensational prizes, including top prizes that include a Suzuki DZire Sedan, one more Maruti 800 car and three more Yamaha FZ-S motorbikes. This is in addition to even more instant under the crown prizes, including Samsung smartphones, Galaxy Tabs, iPods, cash prizes and free soft drinks, which will be given away daily.

Chandima Perera, Head of Beverages at Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (Elephant House) and Vice President John Keells Holdings, stated: “We greatly value the important relationship we have with our trade partners, which encompasses corner shops, rest stops and restaurants serving communities island-wide. As such, we are happy to reward 150 of our trade partners with tours to Singapore and Bangkok, which is just one of our ongoing appreciation programs to recognise the years of loyalty shown to Elephant House by our trade partners.”
