ERI appoints new member to Board

ERI, a leading Investment company in Sri Lanka announced the appointment of Kelly Ehler as a Director to the Board with effect from 20 December.

Ehler has played a prominent role in the field of corporate finance over the past two decades and is responsible for a number of global support functions with a focus in the area of audit.



He also advises on accounts to international hedge funds, provides tax advice in the real estate development industry and employment benefit administration.

He is extending his service to a TSX listed, mining exploration company in Zambia and Mukuba Resources Limited. He also serves as CFO of Benzu Gold Limited (a Tanzanian gold exploration company) and CEO of Corporate Finance Outsource Inc. and OMBAS.

Previously he served his proficiencies for various dynamic companies in the sectors of mining, technology manufacturing, real estate development, leasing and auto dealership covering vast range of financial activities. He also worked as a banker and an auditor of PWC.

In addition, he holds directorates in Ferrox Holding Limited, an iron mining project in South Africa Sparcap One Ltd, Lions’ Lair Property Ventures (Pvt) Ltd and multiple other private companies. Ehler qualified as a Charted Accountant in 1986 and is a licensed Insurance Broker since 2003.

Further he completed CICA in depth Tax Program and graduated from the University of Ottawa obtaining an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
