FCCISL and AIE conduct workshop on ‘How to achieve work-life balance’

The Asian Institute of Excellence (AIE) recently conducted a one-day workshop with the Federation of Chambers and Industry (FCCISL) for its members and the public, to give them an outline of key concepts they should consider to enjoy a work-life balance.

This workshop was well attended with a number of participants from the security forces. The workshop covered subjects such as the influences on one’s life like money, leisure, friends, spirituality, exercise, etc. It gave participants the tools to understand the types of stress they may be experiencing and how to deal with them.

The workshop ended with participants being taught what they should be aware of, so that they could lead happier and more satisfying lives.
