Greater Mekong Sub-region diplomats to discuss biz with Lanka

The Sri Lankan-based envoys of Vietnam, Myanmar and Thailand will hold discussions with Sri Lankan businesses in a bid to explore mutually beneficial opportunities in trade, investment and tourism.

Accordingly, Vietnamese Ambassador Phan Kieu Thu, Thai Ambassador Nopporn Adchariyavanich and Myanmar Ambassador Thein Zan will sit for the discussion, which will be held on 11 September at the Hilton Colombo Residence.

The interactive session is organised by the Sri Lanka-Greater Mekong Sub-region Business Council (SLGMSBC) of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Honorary Consuls representing respective countries and also various government officials will be among the invitees.
