Havelock City ceremonially launched the sale of two brand new luxury condominium towers. The colourful launch ceremony was conducted at the luxury residential development’s newly opened state-of-the-art clubhouse with over 400 guests in attendance.
Havelock City, the largest integrated mixed-use development project undertaken in Sri Lanka built on 18 acres of prime land in the heart of Colombo comprises residential, commercial, hotel and office components.
The two new towers; Stratford and Melford are each 28 stories high with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and landscaped lush gardens. A total of 300 luxury two, three and four bedroom units and a select number of penthouses were will be offered to aspiring homeowners at a special launch price and a limited time offer.

With a mere 5% reservation fee and progress payments spanning over three years through the construction period, the condominiums can be considered affordable and within the reach of many buyers and investors. Finance options will also be available through reputed banks.
