Hayleys Energy Services sponsors Sri Lanka Upstream Conference 2013

Hayleys Energy Services, a subsidiary of transportation and logistics giant Hayleys Advantis Limited, has signed up as the Platinum sponsor of the first ever Upstream Conference to be held in Sri Lanka. The main event titled “Sri Lanka Upstream Conference 2013” was held yesterday at the Mt. Lavinia Hotel and was preceded by a Gala dinner on Wednesday.
The conference organised by the Petroleum Resource Development Secretariat (PRDS) is a significant milestone in the history of the Oil and Gas industry in Sri Lanka, providing a platform that connects Sri Lankan companies to international operators in the sector. Building on the foundation laid at similar road shows that were held in Houston, London and Singapore; the event showcases Sri Lanka’s potential in the industry to top executives representing international oil giants including Royal Dutch Shell, Exxon Mobil, TOTAL, ENI, ONGC to name a few, along with leading service companies such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford, CGG, PGS, Western Geco and Arkex to name a few.
