Hi Green from Mega Lifesciences Ltd. was the official health partner for the Miss Sri Lanka pageant and included the sponsorship of the ‘Body Beautiful’ title. The event culminated in the crowning of the most beautiful woman in Sri Lanka with the glamorous title.
It was the precursor to the 62nd Miss Universe (2013) pageant to be held on 9 November 2013 in Moscow, Russia. The finals of this gala event were held at the Mount Lavinia Hotel on 14 September where 10 ‘beautiful and brilliant’ girls were shortlisted for the title. It was attended by an array of top-flight celebrities amongst whom Ramani Fernando, Yolanda Aluvihare, Keerthisri Karunaratne, Rozanne Diaz and Kamini Mukunthan made their elegant presence felt.
At the pageant, Kristina Palliyaguruge was sashed by Hi Green Brand Custodian Imasha Amararachchi for the title of “Miss Body Beautiful”. The pageant brought together some of the country’s most beautiful and exciting women whilst promoting awareness of the 50’s ‘Hollywood glamour’ theme. Amanda Rathnayake was crowned Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Universe 2013. She will represent Sri Lanka for the prestigious title of Miss Universe 2013. Mega Lifesciences Ltd.
