HNB Assurance goes Outward Bound

A team of Outward Bound trainers conducted a professional development Outward Bound program, together with the Sri Lanka Business Development Centre, for HNB Assurance staff of head office and it branches for 32 participants on 3 to 5 August 2012 at Dambulu Oya Family Park, Outward Bound Centre.

The program was designed to strengthen the team spirit and bring about a transformational change in the participants.

The Outward Bound program was adventure activity based.This training also improved participants’ communication skills and information sharing abilities.

Participants commented on the program as follows: “The entire program was very good and the instructors were able to keeping our continuous participation and there is no doubt that the knowledge given can be definitely useful for both our career and personal life.”

“Very well planed program which can help us to discover our hidden talents and as well as weaknesses.”
