Huawei, Sri Lanka’s fastest growing smartphone brand, announced the winners of “Huawei Dream World,” a seasonal consumer promotion carried out during the festive season. Huawei consumers were eligible to win an all-expenses-paid world tour to Europe, Dubai and Thailand. R. S. Priyashantha from Negombo, who purchased a Christmas gift for his wife from Matara, won the grand prize of a fully-sponsored 10-day trip to Europe. Ten lucky customers won a 4-day trip to Dubai and 25 lucky customers won a 3-day trip to Bangkok.
Speaking about being selected as the Grand Prize winner, Priyashantha, who hails from Negombo but works in Matara, said, “I am very excited and in awe about this fantastic win. A trip to Europe is a dream come true! Before purchasing the gift for my wife, I researched about all the brands and products in the market and I finally decided to purchase a Huawei Honor 4C smartphone.
