Group-pic-copyOn a mission to create and inspire, Bakamuna designs are now available for worldwide purchase through two online print houses; Society6 and Redbubble. Launched by MTI Consulting’s idea2fund earlier this year, Bakamuna is a mixed media lifestyle design brand that uses a range of mediums to translate original concepts from vision to creation.

“Having connected with two print houses, Bakamuna is steadily gaining a name for itself in the global design market,” stated MTI Consulting CEO Hilmy Cader. “MTI’s venture management team along with Bakamuna’s CEO/lead designer Rochelle, is in the process of collaborating with future partners to access local market channels.”

Society6 is an online store used by artists from around the world to sell their original work. It is an international marketplace fuelled by creativity and artist interaction. Artists have the opportunity to connect with a global community and are able to showcase and sell their work on a range of high quality products from Art Prints to Phone Cases. The Society6 team has been very supportive of Bakamuna and has featured a number of Bakamuna products on their own Society6 shop as well.

Launched in 2006 in Melbourne, Australia, Redbubble is a global online marketplace for print on demand products based on user submitted original art. The online art store now offers the work of over 400,000 independent artists, providing them access to a worldwide market.

“Both Society6 and Redbubble are recognised global art hubs for artists to promote and sell their work worldwide. Art lovers now have easy access to art applied across a wide range of home décor, stationery and accessories. We are very excited to further build our international Bakamuna community by collaborating with these print houses,” said Chief Bakamuna/CEO Rochelle Bibile.

Both online stores provide a listing of high quality lifestyle products that are imprinted with Bakamuna designs. These products include unique items such as shower curtains, wall clocks, tank tops, hoodies, phone and laptop skins, tapestries etc. Visit the Bakamuna website to see the complete portfolio of designs and products – www.bakamuna.com
