Ind-Expo seminar on ‘New Food Hygiene Regulations’

Ind-Expo Certification Limited is a public limited liability certification organisation established by Ceylon National Chamber Industries and National Chamber of Exporters of Sri Lanka with the support of United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) under its project of ‘Strengthening International Certification Capacity in Sri Lanka’ with the assistance of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

The New Food Hygiene Regulations will be made mandatory by the Department of Health Services with effect from 1 November 2012. In order to educate the food industry, including hoteliers, food packaging industry and other stakeholders, Ind-Expo Certification Limited has organised a seminar on ‘New Food Hygiene Regulations’ on 14 September 2012, Friday at the Jubilee Hall, Galle Face Hotel, Colombo 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This programme will be conducted by three eminent resource personnel.
