A three-day conference, exhibition and buyer seller meet is to be held from 19 to 21 May at the BMICH.
A business session on ‘Investment Opportunities in the Construction Sector of Sri Lanka’ will be held on Tuesday 20 May from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the same venue.
The conference is being organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries of the Government of India and the Indian Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka. The opening ceremony will be on Monday 19 May at 4 p.m. under the patronage of Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa.
More than 50 exhibitors from India are expected to take part in this exhibition along with select exhibitors from Sri Lanka. Relevant stakeholders representing the construction industry of both countries will be participating in the business session where possible tie-ups could be established. The sessions also provide an ideal opportunity for Sri Lankan companies to establish business cooperation with India.
