Italy’s Bolzano region President and team arrives

Italy’s Bolzano Province President Dr. Luis Durnwalder accompanied by a delegation arrived in Sri Lanka yesterday to explore new investment opportunities. Bolzano is a city and the capital of the province of South Tyrol in northern Italy. The delegation also includes Dr. Thomas Widmann, Minister of the Provincial Government of Skilled Crafts, Industry, Trade, Mobility and Provincial Personnel, Ms. Brigitte Gassser, Director of the Provincial Professional School for Tourism and World Fair Trade Organisation President Dr. Rudi Dalvai.

They will visit the Hambantota port and upcoming Mattala airport as well as Panadura Industrial Park. Prospects to set up a hotel school.  Here Deputy Speaker Chandima Weerakkody welcome Durnwalder at the airport along with the delegation
