Janashakthi’s Full Option Rapid Settlement Force settles claims within 24 hours

Janashakthi’s Full Option Centre is able to settle claims within 24 hours of an accident occurring as long as policy conditions and processes are followed by customers, thanks to their special Rapid Settlement Force, who are committed to achieve this milestone. The Full Option Rapid Settlement Force has recently extended its operations to 14 hours a day, for 365 days of the year in order to best serve their customers while further improving their claims settlement time. The objective of the Full Option Rapid Settlement force is to settle claims within three hours of an accident. It aims to work efficiently and effectively in order to process the claim as fast as possible. This is achieved by using Janashakthi’s in-house technical officers, who work with Janashakthi’s registered garages island-wide who are willing to repair damaged vehicles for a reasonable cost, even without documentation from the customer. The Rapid Settlement Force has a skilled team of 44 members, who   have managed to dramatically shorten the time period of settlement of a motor claim, with a significant percentage being settled within 24 hours of an accident. “The Rapid Settlement Force works tirelessly all 365 days of the year to ensure the speedy settlement of claims to its valued customers. Where possible, we aim to settle claims as fast as three hours after an accident, as long as proper claims processes are followed. Our 24 hour settlement ratio has improved immensely over the years thanks to the benchmarks we set to ourselves,” said S. Thananchayan, Senior Assistant General Manager – Full Option. “Rather than resting on our laurels, we plan to aim even higher, improving on the number of claims settled within 24 hours,” he added. Customers can also collect their claim payments from Janashakthi Full Option Centre and from their Island wide branches on any day of the year, reflecting the Centre’s focus on convenience to their customers. “At the Full Option Centre, our focus has always been our customers. We work 365 days a year and 24 hrs a day to ensure that they receive swift, convenient service. Our hard work is now paying off, with customers who follow policy processes able to see their claims are settled within 24 hours,” said Charinda Fernando, Manager – Full Options. “This is one of our greatest achievements which is also proven from the continuous good feedback we receive from our customers.” Janashakthi Full Options paid out a staggering Rs 2.7 billion in motor claims in 2013 alone, with the Full Option Centre recently celebrating 10 years of service to the motor industry.
