John Keells records PBT of Rs. 318 m

John Keells PLC recorded consolidated Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs.333 million for the financial year 2014/15, an increase of 5% over the corresponding PBT of Rs.317 million recorded in the previous financial year.

The profit attributable to the equity holders of the parent increased by 45% to Rs. 217 million. The consolidated recurring profit of Rs. 318 million was in increase of 5% over the previous year.

The consolidated revenue for the financial year 2014/15 was Rs. 960 million, this being an increase of 10% over the Rs. 875 million recorded in the previous financial year.
