Kalamazoo renamed as Renuka Capital

Kalamazoo Systems Plc has been renamed as Renuka Capital Plc, its owners announced.

Renuka Holdings Plc holds 70% stake in the company.

Recently the shareholders at an EGM approved the change of company name as well as the issuance of shares by way of rights and share subdivision. Via rights the company will issue three million shares on the basis of 60 new shares for every one held at Rs. 520 each to raise Rs. 1.56 billion to make an equity investment in Renuka Developments Ltd. and to finance working capital and future investments.
