Kelsey Homes goes for Rs. 1 b new housing project in Mount Lavinia

Kelsey Homes announces its investment in its latest housing project in Mount Lavinia, Templer’s Square with an investment in excess of Rs. 1 billion.
This promising venture is a large-scale housing project that further enhances the real estate industry in Sri Lanka. The house designs are being prepared by renowned architect, Murad Ismail, whose work focuses on creating spaces sensitive to culture, environment and location.
Templer’s Square, a gated community, will include 100 landscaped houses varying from two to four bedrooms with plot sizes starting from six perches. Facilities include a gym, clubhouse, pool, business centre, jogging tracks and 24 hour security with CCTV monitoring to ensure the safety of residents.
Templer’s Square is the latest in a long line of successful developments by Kelsey Homes, the pioneer real estate company in Sri Lanka. Kelsey Homes General Manager Chaminda Jayasuriya who expanded further on the Templer’s Square project said: “With this latest project we are offering our customers even more alternatives to traditional housing. Templer’s Square offers customers luxury homes with high-end facilities, in a quiet neighbourhood, within the safety and security of a gated community, whilst still remaining within commuting distance of Colombo.”

The company intends to accelerate the development of the site over the next few months with model houses being available for viewing in early June.
