Key changes to CT Holdings Board

  • Louis Page new Chairman; Anthony A. Page made Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Aravinda Page joins Board
Louis Page has been appointed as the new Chairman of CT Holdings Plc. This is following the cessation of non-independent, non-executive directorship by Anthony A. Page. However, the Board announced the appointment of Anthony A. Page as Chairman Emeritus in recognition of the enormous contribution he has made to the CT Holdings Group. The proposal of Louis Page as Chairman was made by Director A.T.P. Edirisinghe and seconded by Director Sunil Mendis at the CT Holdings Board meeting on 28 June. Ranjit Page was appointed as Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of CT Holdings following the proposal by Edirisinghe and seconded by Louis Page. CT Holdings also announced the appointment of Dr. Aravinda Page as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director. Dr. Page, MA (Cantab), MBB Chir. (University of Cambridge), M.R.C.S. (Royal College of Surgeons of England), is 28 years of age and is currently attached to Papworth Hospital, Cambridge in the capacity of a specialty registrar in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Following the changes, the Board of Directors of CT Holdings Plc comprises A.A. Page (Chairman Emeritus), L.R. Page (Chairman), V.R. Page (Deputy Chairman/Managing Director), A.T.P. Edirisinghe, C.K. Muttukumaru, J.C. Page, R. Selvaskandan, J.B.L. De Silva, S. Mendis and Aravinda Page.
