Latvian SL Consul meets Latvian Minister of Economics in Singapore

On an official visit to the Republic of Singapore, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Latvia, Daniels Pavluts met with the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in Singapore H.C. Jeng Tek Low and his wife Sue Lynn, the Deputy Honorary Consul Siew Low Thiam and his wife Shirley, government officials of the Republic of Singapore and business people from Singapore.

Thomas F. Daetwyler, Hon. Consul General of Latvia in Sri Lanka was also invited at the function to celebrate the visit of the Minister in Singapore. The importance of the growing markets in Asia was indicated in several speeches and the wish to expand bilateral relationship in the region.
