Hira Industries – UAE (manufacturer of Aerofoam and Aeroduct ) signed  an exclusive agreement with Leadingway Ventures Ltd. Leadingway will develop the market for Aerofoam branded Nitrile rubber (NBR), Polyolefin insulation (XLPE) and Aeroduct ducting accessories.  Aerofoam NBR – flexible elastomeric foam is designed for condensation control, thermal insulation and sound absorption. Aerofoam XLPE – cross linked polyolefin foam is suitable for thermo acoustic insulation purposes, condensation control and mechanical protection. Both products are fully customisable in terms of lamination, coating and conversion according to the customer’s needs. Aerofoam XLPE and NBR have been already used in many projects across four continents and comply with the most important standards required by the insulation industry (ASTM, BS, ISO, DIN, etc.) Leadingway commenced marketing Aerofoam few months ago and they have been very successful during this short span and have supplied to number of projects already. The products are approved by all leading consultants and specified as a preferred brand in many prestigious / land mark projects in Sri Lanka. One major breakthrough is signing an agreement with Poly Technologies, Inc, to supply the insulation material for the proposed 704 bed teaching hospital for Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. This could be considered as one of the single largest requirements in the recent past covering more than 50,000 M2 of sheet and 450 M3 of tubes for which the material approval was given by the consultants “We are very happy to have been chosen out of many reputed brands as the insulation supplier for this prestigious project. Quality together with competitiveness and hard work by our team helped us to achieve this,” Leadingway Ventures Ltd. Managing Director Sudath De Fonseka said.
