Live Events refuses to disclose assets and earnings; moves to file objections

In the case filed by Attorney-at-Law Nishan Premathiratne against Live Events Ltd. for damages for serious breaches of contract, Court on an application for interrogatories ordered Live Events to disclose its assets and the earnings made through the concert held on 20 December 2015. 

When the matter came up in the District Court yesterday, Attorney-at-Law Mohan Balendra filed proxy for Live Events Ltd. and moved Court to object to the interrogatories to disclose assets and earnings and sought to file objections on the matter. The matter is re-fixed for 4 May to consider these matters. 

The Directors of Live Events include Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardena.
