Hemas Holdings Plc announced yesterday that Group Chief Financial Officer Malinga Arsakularatne has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
He has been part of the Hemas Group for the past 9 years and has over 8 years of experience in the Fund Management Industry. Arsakularatne is a CFA Charterholder and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He also holds an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School, UK, a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK.
