With reference to Daily FT article titled Mohan quits Colonial Motors after six year stint yesterday, Mohan Ratnayake clarified that he has only resigned from CM Holdings Plc but continues as Managing Director of Colonial Motors Ceylon Ltd., the distributor for Mazda brand. He also functions as Chairman of ASCOT Holdings Plc and as Deputy Chairman of Multi Finance PLC in Non Executive Independent Director capacity.
