The Government of Pakistan, through its Trade Development Authority (TDAP), has concluded a major project aimed at mapping Pakistan’s national export strategy.

Over a period of four years, MTI has had an international team of consultants and analysts based in Karachi, personally spearheaded by MTI CEO Hilmy Cader and Regional Consultant Yusuf Isaam.

The project studied the entire length of Pakistan’s export value chain; from the needs of smallholder exporters in rural provinces to the approach to branding Pakistan as a country in the global marketplace.

MTI’s 6C organisation strategy model was launched with this project and analysed and strategised the areas Directors and Senior Management at one of the Consulting Clinics in Karachiof Cause (strategy), Configuration (organisational structure), Core processes, Controls (including KPIs), Competencies (job focus and roles) and Consider-it-done (implementation impact management).

The multi-year project adopted a bias for highly-involved, with the senior management teams of the TDAP contributing through a series of consulting workshops and assignments.

MTI Consulting CEO Hilmy Cader said: “Working on this prestigious assignment with the TDAP has been a highlight of our activities in Pakistan and delivering this assignment was a great satisfaction and a valuable experience.”
