Multilac customers enjoy all-expenses paid tour onboard Super Star Gemini

Setting off yet another edition of the ‘Multilac Cruise Savari’, Multilac took 34 of its loyal customers on a luxury cruise onboard the Super Star Gemini from 7-9 September. All expenses for the cruise, which included a three-day round trip from Colombo to Singapore with exciting pit stops, were borne by Multilac.
The customers were selected following a draw and the tour was organised as an appreciation of their loyalty to the brand, which has helped Multilac sustain its position as a leading paint manufacturer.
Upon their arrival at Singapore and following a wonderful greeting by the Multilac representative, the group was taken aboard the Super Star Gemini. Thus the first day of the tour was spent indulging in the luxurious comforts and scrumptious meals onboard.
Owned by Star Cruise, the Super Star Gemini ensured that everyone was treated to an unforgettable experience. Throughout the time spent onboard, the group had the opportunity of participating in various activities hosted by the crew. These included the Captain’s Dinner, post-dinner cocktail at Restaurant Gemini, karaoke session at the Karaoke Lounge and many more entertainment items drawn from the best of international comedy, dance and music.
Day two was filled with the excitement of sailing towards Kuantan City, where the group was taken on a shopping and city tour to experience what the metropolis had in store to delight the inquisitive tourist. The customers who were awarded 250 Singapore Dollars each were able to indulge in a shopping extravaganza.
The shopping tour took them to the East Coast Mall, which houses both local and international brands. Teluk Chempedak—one of Kuantan’s main beaches that is perfect for water sports, the Sultan Palace, State Mosque and the Kuil Sri Mariamman Temple were some of the places that the group had the chance of visiting.
The visit to the old Mining Town of Sungai Lembing was a unique opportunity, which took them to the see the Tin Mines. The Tin Mines were once the deepest and the longest underground mines in the world. They also visited the Sungai Lembing Museum containing many artifacts that narrate stories of the traditions of this age-old industry.
On the third day, they arrived in Pulau Redang, which rendered them another opportunity to explore the beautiful city. The snorkelling escapade made while sailing around the Redang Island was the highlight of the second day and was also an exciting and memorable experience to the customers. Throughout the tour, the customers were entertained and treated to luxurious amenities that gave them an opportunity to make memories that will be fondly cherished.
