National Chamber hosts business delegation from China with networking session

A 39 member business delegation from Guangzhou participated at a Business and Investment Forum and had a networking session with their counterparts of Sri Lanka. An MOU was also signed between the China Council for Promotion of International Trade of Guangzhou and the National Chamber of Commerce on this day, signalling a new opening for Sri Lanka-China bilateral relations at business to business levels. Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen was the chief guest. Senior officials from EDB, Dept of Commerce and BOI gave presentations at the forum. Many local companies attended the B2B sessions.
