New Chairman and Deputy at Kotagala Plantations

Kotagala Plantations Plc recently announced that S.D.R. Arudpragasam has been appointed as Chairman and Chrisantha Perera as the Deputy Chairman. Both were existing members of the Board of Directors.

The change follows A. Rajaratnam relinquishing his position as Chairman. He however, will continue as a Director on the Board. Following the changes, the Board of Directors of Kotagala Plantations Plc comprises of S.D.R. Arugpragasam (Chairman), C.P.R. Perera (Deputy Chairman), A. Rajaratnam, R.C. Pereis, D.A. Ratwatte, G.D.V. Perera, A.M. de S. Jayaratne, L.M.K. Tillekeratne and M.S. Madugalle.
