Odel opens revamped luggage department at Alexandra Place store

Stylish travellers who are discerning about the bags they use, are to be offered an even wider choice with the revamped luggage department at Odel’s Alexandra Place store. The new look department on the first floor has received new displays, a wood-finish decor and new lighting that does justice to the branded suitcases, backpacks, gear bags, laptop bags and travel accessories it offers. Some of the luggage products on offer are backed by international warranties.
The current choice of international luggage brands such as Giordano and Kipling is to be expanded shortly with the arrival of more brands, the company said. These products are suitable for domestic travellers as well. Odel also offers a range of travel accessories from the ‘Design Go’ brand. The range includes padlocks, luggage straps, toilette cases, inflatable pillows and footrests, travel toiletries, luggage tags and electronic weighing scales.
Odel’s luggage products and travel accessories are also available at the Odel stores in Panadura, Mount Lavinia, Kohuwala and the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) and can also be purchased online at
