Odel to open megastore in Shangri-La Colombo

Odel announced yesterday that it has entered into an agreement with Shangi-La Hotels Lanka Ltd. to take on a lease for a total area of 52,454 square feet within ‘The Mall at One Galle Face’, for an initial period of five years.

The agreement has the option for renewal for another five years upon terms and conditions that the parties may then mutually agree upon.

Last month Odel and subsidiary Softlogic Brands also announced an agreement to utilise 39,560 square feet within the upcoming Colombo City Centre in Colombo 2.
