Orient Garments (OGL) announced that its Board of Directors resolved that OGL would be amalgamated with Stafford Orient Ltd., as a fully-owned subsidiary of OGL, with effect from 20 June at a meeting held on 24 April. Consequent to the amalgamation, OGL will continue as the amalgamated company.
