One day training workshop on ‘Courteous Customer Service’

A one day training workshop on ‘Courteous Customer Service, Effective Reception Duty, Telephone Etiquette for Frontline Teams’ organised  by the National Chamber of Commerce of  Sri Lanka will be held on Thursday 4 September 2014 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m at the National Chamber Auditorium No. 450 D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10. In many organisations the receptionist is the first contact with the public and the first impression they create will boost their image as well as the prestige of the organisation they work for. Good attitudes by front liners backed by professional training can attract and retain customers and increase the business output as well as the image of the organisation. Effective communication and reception skills combined with a positive personality will help to maintain an excellent relationship with the customers. A highly reputed and well known trainer Nedra Wickramasinghe will conduct the workshop. The training program will touch on the following areas: professional image, first impression on the telephone, tone of voice, effective communication skills, telephone etiquette, office grooming, how to build rapport and good relations with clients and how to conduct your duties with confidence, poise and style. This one day training program will give them the latest guidelines and techniques to serve their clients up to expectations.
