Paul Hunting to offer horse-assisted leadership workshops in Sri Lanka 

Paul Hunting is the renowned thought leader, author of: ‘Why talk to a guru? When you can whisper to a horse’, and ‘Shakespeare’s Revelation’. An authentic leadership coach, horse-assisted coaching trainer and horse whisperer, he will be in Sri Lanka from 24 March to 5 April to conduct a series of workshops for corporate leaders and horse enthusiasts.  

For 30 years Paul has been a champion of the consciousness revolution. A psychologist and erstwhile advertising man, he uses metaphor extensively as a tool for transformation. He pioneered ‘executive coaching’ in the 80s and 20 years ago created the rapidly growing field of leadership development – Horse Assisted Leadership – where metaphor and authentic communication are keys to growth and learning. 

He will hold workshops for corporate personnel on 28 March to 1 April at Hokandara. He is also due to start offering his programs at Lakeside Equestrian Club with his Sri Lankan business partner Ineke Pitts.
