PBSS turns 10 with ISO and new product line

Perfect Business Solution Services Pvt. Ltd. held a conference on 3 August at the Taj Samudra to celebrate 10 years of steady growth, an ISO certification, signing of MoU with Lanka Bell and release of their latest product range.

PBSS is the only Sage partner in Sri Lanka which has been awarded an ISO certification and will look to innovate and work hard to maintain this award. The company has now earned international recognition with the ISO certification and the path for a bright future has now been paved.

PBSS Deputy General Manager Anjana Wijesinghe gave a short history of the company since its inception to where they have got to today.

“In 2002 the challenge began; competition was not with many companies, but with the giants who were already leading the market. We have grown from strength to strength and know that is it is not an easy industry to survive in, we needed our own product range and since 2004, the Sage partnership began.”

In 2006, the company made its first international sale to Saudi Arabia and since then has entered markets in US, Australia, Maldives and Vietnam.

The company also boasts being the only Sage Platinum Partner for South East Asia. The signing of the MoU between PBSS and Lanka Bell implies that new technology for the market can be deployed with the latest software by PBSS.

Perfect Business Solution Services will help run both hardware and software for Lanka Bell data centres through cloud technology. The use of cloud technology is the latest innovation set to bring in chunky profits for the young but established company. There will be no need for servers and lighter content can be retrieved from anywhere in the world.  

PBSS Managing Director Madura Gamanayake made his feelings known when he shared how proud he was about how the company had grown from strength to strength over the past 10 years. “We have a major plan to implement in a short period of time, we are looking to enter the Middle East markets and we predict that by September 2012, we will have an office in both Dubai and Qatar.”
