PC House introduces ‘9 TO 9’ dedicated IT help-line

The PCH 9 to 9 Showroom, Sri Lanka’s first super market style IT Store in the Sri Lankan market dedicated to bringing consumers the very best in IT products and services, celebrated its second year with the launch of its new 9 to 9 IT Call Center – offering consumers a dedicated hotline to solve all their IT problems.  



The new hotline – 0772 999 929 will be available to customers from 9 am to 9 pm , 365 days of the year, with a dedicated team of highly experienced IT professionals who will answer questions and resolve IT problems over the phone. All 9 to 9 customers and non-customers can contact a resource person via the hotline for queries regarding any IT related issues.

This dedicated IT Help Line offers guidance with any ICT product related inquiry, and will provide professional consultancy in a range of areas including the selection of the best suited products to satisfy the customers’ requirements, product specifications and benefits, getting started with new products, overcoming and troubleshooting for software crashes and malfunctions, and general technical support in using all kinds of IT products. These services will be offered especially for the portfolio of over 3000 brands marketed by PCH 9 to 9 superstores.

 ‘We saw the need for a superior IT store that brought together everything and anything IT related under one roof when we launched our flagship store, and the response from our customers since, has been extremely positive,’ stated Head of Retail and Regional Operations Thufail Musadeen. ‘The objective of setting up this facility is part of our continuous effort to set the standard in the Sri Lankan ICT industry. We are proud to declare the launch of first and only free ICT consultation help desk in the island.  We believe that the newly launched IT Help Desk is yet another value added service that we’ll be providing to the Sri Lankan consumer and yet another way that we can add a new dimension to the IT arena in Sri Lanka.’

PCH’s 9 to 9 showrooms are also introducing an added free service to its corporate clientele in Colombo and Kandy – providing free product demonstrations and support to any client upon request.

Launched by PC House PLC in 2010, the 9 to 9 showrooms located in Colombo and Kandy are open every day of the year, from 9 am to 9 pm, and bring together a multitude of renowned brands and the newest IT technology and gadgets under one roof, offering customers a supermarket style experience.  Customers are also offered free delivery within Colombo and Kandy city limits and after sales support on all purchases.

Since the flagship store opening in Colombo 3, the second store opened in Kandy last year.  PCH plans to open its third 9 to 9 store in the North, later this year.
