Prime Residencies breaks ground for latest project ‘Splendour’ in Rajagiriya

Prime Homes Ltd. recently held a ground-breaking ceremony to commence construction of its latest project Prime Residencies Splendour, a luxurious apartment project in Rajagiriya,followed by a religious ceremony at the site. These modern apartments will be constructed by Sierra, a leading construction company in Sri Lanka. 

The ground-breaking ceremony was held on 2 July with the participation of the senior management and staff of Prime Homes along with the staff members of Sierra construction. The religious ceremony was carried out at the site with the participation of religious clergies. When Prime Residencies Splendourwas launched last month, the response from customers was phenomenal, where allapartment units were sold out within the first day of the launch.  The project planned for a 14-storey apartment building consistingof 65 spacious three bedroom apartment units with all luxury comforts and modern amenities.  The location of the project is the highest elevation point in Colombo with breath-taking views of the Diyawanna Lake on one side and the Colombo City on the other side. As promised to customers by Prime Homes,construction work withpiling work commenced on time.  Supervision work will be carried out by the Prime Homes Engineering Division along with Sierra Engineers. The project will be completed in December 2017.
