Nilfisk, the world’s leader in industrial cleaning equipment will market its superior industrial cleaning equipment in Sri Lanka via Spotless, a joint venture between Rainco, a leading brand for rainwear in South Asia with a presence in India, Maldives and Sri Lanka, and Blue Cooper of Singapore.
Rainco has now moved on to the hospitality sector with the establishment of ‘Spotless’. The partnership is an extension through the Light & Shade Company a fully owned subsidiary of Rainco.
Being in the cleaning and hygiene market since 1906, Nilfisk has made a strong global presence in the industry.
The brand’s continuous innovation has enabled the brand to offer professionals only the very best in cleaning solutions. Nilfisk’s customer base lies in the commercial and industrial sectors, particularly in the Automotive, Construction, Hospitality and Hospital segments, with manufacturing being carried out primarily in Hungary and USA.
“The reason we are entering this business segment is because we see a high potential in the industrial cleaning market. With many developments happening in the country such as the new apartments, the new shopping malls, and new hotels coming up, we felt there was a vacuum in the market for good quality, relaible branded products,”, said Spotless Managing Director Fazal Fausz.
The Nilfisk brand machines are reliable machines that go the distance, with product development being the core competency of the brand.
The brand is also concerned about the environmental factors and has taken necessary steps to improve environmental footprint. The brand’s main objective is to reduce CO2 emission every year by 5%. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
“Years of cleaning expertise have come together in all of Nilfisk’s products. The strictest standards have been applied to all products which has enabled Nilfisk to be unique, giving customers a reliable product,” said Spotless Director Ismail Shukree.
Shukree went on to say that reduced noise makes daytime cleaning possible as Nilfisk produces some of the lowest noise cleaning machines.
This will no doubt help the cleaning process to improve the surrounding indoor environment for customers and employees even during working hours.
“Our policy at Spotless will be to always enhance the corporate business and provide high quality service to our clients. With the ever present risk of contamination and rising operating costs, it is crucial for businesses to adopt best practices in order to stay competitive,” said Shukree. “Our aim is to establish a good customer relationship by delivering goods on time, and processing the goods before dispatch. Spotless prides itself in providing top quality products speedily and efficiently in premium condition and at competitive prices. The strong partnership we have with our distributors allows us to maintain a consistent line of supply throughout the year.”
With the prime objective of catering to the hygiene and maintenance requirements of the various industries of the Maldives and Sri Lanka, Spotless will serve as a supplier to qualified buyers requiring quality assured long-term supply relationships.
“Our commitment is your opportunity and is formed on a reputation for honesty and excellence,” said Fausz .
“Blue Coppers strategy is to partner with a company that could provide not just sanitary products at an economical cost, but more importantly, technical expertise and a customer centric focus on providing real solutions to unique problems, hence our partnership with Rainco,” said Shukree.
