Ravi appointed to Richard Pieris Distributors Board

Ravi Liyanage has been appointed to the Board of Richard Pieris Distributors Ltd. which runs the unique ‘ARPICO’ large format retail network in the country and is the flagship company among diversified Richard Pieris Group.

He holds a 1st Degree from the University of Colombo, Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) and two Postgraduate Degrees; Master of Business Administration (MBA), from the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM) Sri Jayewardenepura University and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (Dip M. (UK)) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing of United Kingdom. He is also a Certified Management Accountant – CMA (Australia), from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants – Australia. He has a Service Marketing /Insurance Diploma from Life Underrating Training Council of USA. 

He held the positions of Group Director Operations and Chairman of Richard Peiris Arpico Finance Ltd. and Principle Officer of Arpico Insurance of the Richard Pieris Group prior to his current position of Chief Executive Officer of TVS Lanka Ltd.

He has been awarded with many prestigious National, International and Global Awards in the space of Branding and Marketing from world renowned institutes including the biggest marketing body in the world, Chartered Institute of Marketing of United Kingdom.
