Recognising revenue: LKAS18 in practice

CIMA Sri Lanka will hold a workshop aiming to improve the understanding and facilitate the application of the Sri Lanka Accounting Standard on revenue. The workshop will be held on Saturday, 15 December at 8.30 a.m. at the CIMA auditorium.

Facilitated by senior professionals with decades of experience in the industry, the workshop will strive to communicate and address practical issues arising from the application of LKAS18. Case studies will underscore the real-world aspects of the standard, giving participants a thorough grounding in the recognition, measurement and disclosure of revenue. Special cases and customer loyalty programs will also be discussed, and a quiz session will reinforce the session’s learning.
