Regus Sri Lanka, the flexible workspace solutions provider, has entered into a strategic tie up with Mountain Hawk Express Ltd. (MHE), licensee of Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), paving the way for the international courier giant to use two of Regus’ locations as FedEx Authorised Ship Centres.
The two centres – located at the World Trade Centre (WTC) and Lotus Building in Nawala – will provide FedEx customers the convenience of dropping off their parcels and provide greater flexibility in the process. The WTC centre in the heart of the CBD will target the large number of businesses in and around the area. The location of the second centre at Nawala allows businesses in the suburban parts of the city such as Kotte, Nugegoda, Kohuwela and Narahenpita to conveniently access FedEx services without having to travel into the city.
Commenting on the strategic tie up, Regus Sri Lanka Country Manager Dr. Nirmal De Silva stated, “We are delighted to partner with Mountain Hawk Express and be associated with a global brand such as FedEx. This initiative exemplifies how the Regus network can benefit a number of companies from different industries. We are always committed to help our clientele with flexible solutions which in turn will help them to serve their customers better. Therefore, we are confident that this innovative service offering will enable Mountain Hawk to provide great value to customers.”
“With the speed the market is moving, the successful organisations will be those that form the right strategic partnerships to accelerate innovation, growth, and customer value. We are excited about today’s announcement that brings together two global industry leaders, with complementary services to extend our reach in the market to enhance accessibility to connect people with opportunities around the globe. We believe this partnership is a perfect fit for customers that need to marry convenience with faster and secure package delivery,” stated MHE Chief Executive Officer Sanjeeva Abeygoonewardena.
