Renuka Holdings Plc on Wednesday bought a 70% stake in Kalamazoo Systems Plc for Rs. 50 million.
The stake amounting to 34,985 shares was purchased at Rs. 1,428 per share.
The major seller was Nimal Perera with 34,325 shares or 68.65% stake.
