The exhibition will feature 55 stalls which will be occupied by micro- and small-scale enterprises providing various local products and national-level companies.
The ninth of its kind, the Ruhunu Udanaya Trade and Industrial Exhibition 2016 looks to expand on current opportunities for micro and small businesses, employers and entrepreneurs while inviting potential investors and businesspeople to appreciate the vast opportunities the Hambantota District offers. The exhibition is also open to youth entrepreneurs and participants in vocational programs.
Those at the event will have the chance to try new technologies, learn new marketing information and network with the business community.
In addition to the main event, the exhibition will feature popular musical shows with the participation of popular groups and male and female vocalists of the country along with a carnival item making it a fun and informative day for the whole family. Last year’s exhibition was a great success and received wide acclaim from the business community.
