Samaposha Factory gets Star awards in Central Province

The Pallekele manufacturing plant of Plenty Foods Ltd. (PFL), a subsidiary of Ceylon Biscuits Limited, received a Star award under the large scale manufacturing organisations category at the Annual Star Awards organised by the Department of Industrial Development and Enterprise Performance of the Central Province. PFL received this award in recognition of the high productivity achieved by its Samaposha manufacturing factory at Pallekele in Kandy.
