Sampath Bank announced its latest partnership with Nivasie Developers Malabe Ltd. to make your dream home a reality. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by Aravinda Perera, Managing Director, Sampath Bank PLC and Herman Gonsal Managing Director, Nivasie Developers at a ceremony held at the Sampath Bank Head Office recently. Under this new agreement, customers can obtain housing loans from Sampath Bank to purchase houses in the Malabe Project of Orchid by Nivasie Developers without going through the hassle of providing numerous documents, as the title of the land is already cleared by the bank. Sampath Bank will offer a special interest rate for Nivasie customers, on top of the current interest rate of 14% per annum which is considered as one of the lowest rates offered by a bank in the current market.

Further, the customers also have the option of enjoy a fixed interest rate for 4 years for such purchases. Sampath Bank offers numerous housing loan solutions which are custom-made for individual requirements.
