Samsung opens first Customer Service Centre for IT products with Technocity

Samsung Electronics, the world leader in digital technology recently launched its first Customer Service Centre (CSC) for IT products in collaboration with Technocity Ltd.
The IT CSC which is located at No. 2A, De Fonseka Road, Colombo 04, houses highly skilled technicians who are dedicated to carrying out repairs on Samsung Note PCs, printers and monitors which are under the Samsung brand warranty.
The Centre is equipped with the latest technology and provides superior service with timely follow ups to ensure maximum customer service. Regular quality audits and training will also be carried out by Samsung to ensure that quality standards are met and are on par with Samsung’s international standards.
